HEALTH AND WEALTH

They say being healthy is synonymous to being wealthy. But is that really true? What does being healthy and wealthy at the same time mean? Staying healthy involves eating all that which is necessary to keep both the body and the mind from sickness and diseases. That implies that, no eating of junks, one which as a matter of fact can be deterrent to one's health. It is recorded that in 2015, the United States of America spent approximately $3.2 trillion on healthcare costs and according to the U.S National Research Council published in 2013, it shows that Americans die at a younger age and experience more illness and injury than most adults. Young people seem to be more into less nutritional meals than foods that can actually be healthy to them. It is important that if you want to have good health, you must do away with junks and focus more on beneficial foods. Such foods might include fruits, which are very rich in vitamins and minerals that the body needs to stay alive as well as vegetables, known for its large content of iron for the blood. Food containing protein and carbohydrates are also essential for being healthy, They supply the body with energy and nutrients the body needs to grow.
   Other ways by which one can stay healthy might include exercising. Exercising is an aiding factor to good health. You tend to burn excess calories that are not needed in the body. It also tends to burn fat, that can cause very serious problems. Fat has a high containment of cholesterol which causes heart attack and as these cholesterol builds up, you begin to experience high blood pressure and your arteries gets clogged also. The blood in turn looses its ability to clot which increases the risk of stroke. Fat also ruins ones sleep commonly known as sleep apnea. When sleeping at night, you tend to find it hard to breathe, this is as a result of the oxygen levels being depleted by the existence of these fat in the body. Fat also causes diabetes, as it affects an hormone called the "insulin", a very special anti body that helps fight against diseases causing agents. This is the body's superhero, always there to save the day.
 Make sure to always eat good food, go easy on the junks, because i tell you it would do you no good. Many people complain about toothache, low sperm counts, migraine, headaches, over weight and many more. All these problems are caused by not eating the right things. Toothache for example is caused when we take a whole lot of ice cream,sugar to be precise,there is no doubt that we all love to lick ice cream, but too much of it is very risky to one's health. We hate vegetables, its gross and disgusting but did you know that it helps you stay alive for a very long time? Adding vegetables to our diet at least 3 times a week gives you an assurance of a very long time on earth.
   Finally, always remember that your health is more important than anything else. Eat good food always, take in less junks, exercise daily and keep fit. And with all of these factors checked, you are the wealthiest person on earth.
